Payment & Booking
To confirm your Tanzania safari or Mount Kilimanjaro climb, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the tour start date.
We accept payments via:
Bank transfer (clients are responsible for all bank transfer charges)
Credit card (a 3% processing fee applies to card paym
Booking Confirmation
Your tour is confirmed only after we receive your deposit and send you a written confirmation. All communication and booking documents will be sent to the email address you provide at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
More than 30 days before arrival: 20% of the total trip cost
15–29 days before arrival: 50%
7–14 days before arrival: 75%
6 days or less before arrival: 100% (no refund)
Some lodges and service providers may apply stricter cancellation terms, which will be shared with you at the time of booking if applicable. No refunds are made for unused services, missed activities, or early departures.
Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, flight changes, park regulations, or any other operational concerns. Any substitutions will be made with equivalent or higher-standard services where possible.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, emergency evacuation, medical coverage, and, if applicable, high-altitude trekking for Kilimanjaro expeditions. We will not be held responsible for any costs related to health issues, loss, or delays not covered by insurance.
Health Requirements
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they meet all health requirements before travel. This includes having up-to-date vaccinations, malaria prevention measures, and, if required, a Yellow Fever certificate. Please consult with your travel doctor before departure.
Vehicles & Safari Logistics
All safaris are conducted in well-maintained 4×4 Land Cruisers with pop-up roofs for optimal game viewing. Each vehicle accommodates up to 7 passengers unless a private vehicle is requested. Vehicle sharing with other guests may apply depending on your booking.
Passports & Visas
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport with at least six months’ validity remaining and the appropriate visa for entry into Tanzania. We recommend checking with your local Tanzanian embassy or consulate for the most up-to-date visa requirements before travel.
Client Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, other guests, wildlife, and local communities. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any guest who poses a safety risk or whose behavior is disruptive to the group or local environment.
